We also don’t believe in charging our customers for the services of a project manager. Once you are assigned to a team member, that team member will be dedicated to overseeing your project from start to finish, ensuring continuity, clear communication, and effective execution of your goals.
We’ll start with an initial assessment of your needs, establish where you are managing well, identify any gaps and create a custom roadmap for where we believe your business should be heading in the next 12 months. From there, you get to decide whether to follow our roadmap to the letter, or mix and match in a way that works for you.
